KID Imprägnier- und Dichttechnik GmbH is the market leader in the vacuum impregnation of leaking, porous cast components and electrical hybrid components with leaks. To complete our team, we are looking for a Centre Manager (m/f/d) for our branch in Markt Schwaben at the earliest possible date.
Your areas of responsibility
- Independent management of our branch in Markt Schwaben with the aim of achieving high quality and efficiency.
- Deployment of machines and employees according to economic, qualitative, scheduling, occupational safety and economic aspects.
- Continuous improvement of processes.
- Carrying out checks on the quality results of the shift.
- Monitoring the fulfilment of all requirements from external and internal specifications.
- Writing delivery notes and routing cards to ensure process sequences and standards.
- Maintenance and care of plant and machinery.
- Monitoring key figures and reacting or informing in the event of deviations.
- Contact person for our customers regarding delivery capacities and deadlines.
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in metal or injection moulding
- Good technical understanding
- Office skills
- Good written and spoken German
- Management experience
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills
- Organisational talent
- Experience in the automotive sector an advantage
